Hey there!

I'm Dr. Ameya Kale.

For most of my adult life, I've lived in two worlds at once — medicine and technology, science and storytelling, spreadsheets and sports. That combination has taken me across many locations, working with teams and organizations that don't always fit into a single box.

My medical background is in primary care and sports medicine. I've worked as a team doctor for athletes, an event doctor at live competitions and a concierge medicine practitioner for people who needed something more personal than a ten-minute clinic slot. I have consulted in travel medicine — particularly the kind that happens in remote places, far from hospitals, where you have to think on your feet and trust your training.

Outside the clinic, I'm a health information author — working on a book series designed to educate and empower individuals and organizations to take charge of their own well-being. I'm also building clinical AI systems, not because medicine is broken, but because the gap between what clinicians know and what they can practically do every day is too large. Technology can help close it.

Throughout all of this one thing has remained certain: human connection and a community-driven approach are what actually move the needle. No tool replaces trust. No algorithm replaces the moment when someone actually feels heard.

I share what I'm working on publicly — the numbers, the process, the setbacks. Not for show, but because building in the open creates accountability and invites the right kind of collaboration.

Thank you for reading this. You can find me on Social Media or reach me directly. I read every message and respond when I can. If something resonated with you, I'd genuinely like to hear about it.

Working With Me
How I Think
Medicine taught me differential thinking — the discipline of holding multiple hypotheses open long enough for evidence to separate signal from noise. Technology taught me systems thinking. Business taught me incentive alignment. I don't stay in one lane because the problems I care about don't live in one lane.
How I Comunicate
Direct and clear. No jargon for its own sake. I'll tell you what I think, what I don't know, and where the uncertainty actually lies. Clinical training does that to you — you learn early that pretending to know things is how people get hurt.
How I Work
Async-first and timezone-agnostic. I've operated across multiple regions. The work moves regardless of geography. Bias toward action over decks. If it can be a focused ten-minute call, it won't become a sixty-minute meeting.
What I Value
Intellectual honesty, shared ownership, and long-term thinking. I'm drawn to people who are building something real — not performing something real. The best collaborators I've had share one trait: they'd rather be wrong and honest than polished and wrong
What I Bring
A physician's judgment for high-stakes decisions where incomplete information is the norm. A technologist's speed for building and testing prototypes fast. An operator's pragmatism for shipping something real under real constraints — not a perfect system in theory, but a working one today.

If you're building in HealthTech, MedTech AI or wellness and you need someone who operates fluently across clinical, technical and business domains — let's talk. I work best as a co-builder, not a consultant. I'm looking for people who want to own the outcome together.
